This cross-sectional study examines impacts of implementation of the Veterans Affairs MISSION (Maintaining Internal Systems and Strengthening Integrated Outside Networks) Act and the COVID-19 pandemic in critical care delivery for veterans comparing intensive care unit admissions at Veterans Affairs medical centers with community hospitals.
